Surveys and Other Offers

Over the past few weeks, we have received reports of customers being shown pop-up messages with either a "Special Offer for Preferred Customers" or a "Survey to receive a fee gift".

These offers initially appear to be legitimate, as customers who have purchased items actually received the merchandise. However, these companies are NOT affiliated with Community Bank & Trust Co. and later charged those customers upwards of $100.00 in additional fees. Do not give your account information in response to these offers.
