Youth Savings

• For children up to and including age 18
• Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge fee of $4.00 will be imposed each month if the average daily balance* for the month falls below $200.00. This fee does not apply to customers under 19 years of age.
• Earn a competitive rate of interest, which is the same as the Statement Savings Account.
• Minimum balance to obtain the APY disclosed - You must maintain a minimum balance of $200.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed ApY. This does not apply to customers under 19 years of age.
• Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest is compounded each quarter and credited to your account each quarter
• Minimum deposit to open account - You must deposit $50.00 to open this account.
• Account may receive pre-authorized credits and direct deposits
• Receive a descriptive statement each month that details your deposits, withdrawals, transfers and any interest earned
• Rate information - Your interest rate and APY may change.
• Frequency of rate changes - We may change the interest rate on your account at any time.
• Determination of rate - At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.
• Effect of closing an account - If you close your account before interest is credited, you may not receive the accrued interest.
• Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.
• Accrual of interest on noncash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit noncash items (for example, checks).

*The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.
